This website is a resource for yogis in business.

It’s my response to the growing number of yoga businesses run by fabulous people with lingering business questions about the studios they run, the clothes they make, the food they prepare, the events they manage, and more. My aim is to share frequent inspiration, interviews with entrepreneurs, and advice based on what I learned in business school and my time in marketing.

Laura Fraser

I always thought I would wind up working in advertising. After completing my degree in marketing and business strategy, I landed a digital media job that allowed me to work on big accounts such as Canadian Tire and Under Armour. Somewhere along the way I fell in love with yoga and completed my 200hr yoga teaching certification. Today, I teach at Power Yoga Canada Leaside, I am the Director of Development + Good Energy at Borden Communications + Design (I’ve downsized to a small-but-mighty team of ethical marketers), and I co-founded and co-host the Guinea Pigging Green podcast.

My Bachelor of Commerce is from from McGill University (I majored in Marketing and concentrated in Business Strategy) & I received my 200hr yoga teacher certification through Power Yoga Canada (plus another 40 hours dedicated to hands-on assists, which may not be relevant to this site, but seems to help attract friends).
